he was arguing about the time being “wasted” by Yohana.. as he pointed, he had told the umpire to “note” the time used by Yohana during his treatment.cuz he didn’t want to be penalized (again).. and we also heard him sayin “marron ga to may hi” and i guess he saw it coming… cuz hez dead now (cricket wise)…

thank you so much for the explanation…kaya karoon…I am very old now therefore I could not hear it properly…by they way, poor ganguly was right…mara to ganguly hee end may…but i think he was OK with the time in the second one day match…it was the third and the fourth international match which sealed ganguly’s fate forever…

Maybe it's just me but why does Ganguly sound so bad-tameez when he's saying all this stuff to Youhanna? I don't understand this tere ko, tujhe, tu stuff. Whatever happened to the good old-fashioned tum, tuhmain, etc etc.?

Well he's not from rajhastan thats for sure. Or else it wouldve been, aray hum keh rahay hain na yousuf miaan hum aap par ilzaam nahi lagaa rahay thay hum to sirf umpire say bol rahay thay waqt ka andaaza kar lain. baad may maraingay to hum hi na. :D

Yar you know what, I am studying in a university where I have alot of hindians. When I came here 2 years ago I use to think that they are badtammez as you said since they always use to talk like that. But I realized later that is the way they talk in hindi. Most of them speak their regoinal languages and can only speak hindi becasue of watching indian movies. So whenever they open their mouth, they talk like “AAY THUJHAY YEH SAWAL SAMGH AYA, MEREY KO BHEE SAMJHA NA, MEREE TU WAT LAG GIE HAY”

I have that match recorded and was watching it with my cousins (all males :slight_smile: ) the other day and we clearly heard what Nehra said to Dhoni. There was an explosion of laughter in the room and my cousins had me rewind that scene a few times :smiley:
