Choosing a comfortable Mattress

There is so much choice out there and these are expensive to buy . Currently we have a pillowtop Spring Mattress by Silent Nights but its time to upgrade but clueless about what to buy :konfused:

Which particular type of mattress that you guys can recommend ? I am open to reviews regards memory foam ones and anything else that is out there .

Help please..

uuufff i hate mattress shopping :bummer:

so what i did was contact the hotel that we once stayed at and loved the mattress off and got info from them about it. ordered it, got it delivered at home … easy peasy. no countless trips to stores to sit on a million of them …

Our bedroom has cotton fiber filled mattress that i find very comfortable. Recently, because of the kids’ demand, my wife temporarily shifted to the bedroom next to their bedroom. This bedroom where wife is sleeping has memory foam mattress. She is raving so much about how comfortable it is, and how great and undisturbed sleep she is getting and how her aches and pains are gone that i am almost convinced that she is not moving back to her room :frowning:

so what is the name of cotton fiber filled mattress. is it pillowtop mattress. and memory foam is expensive than pillowtop? i should hve bought memory foam, hmm will wait another 5 yrs :frowning:

Tempurpedic is hands down the best mattress out there. I believe they only do memory foam. Once you sleep on a tempurpedic, all other mattresses will seem uncomfortable.

btw, these mattresses have dual memory settings for the couple. try to set new memory setting for your side of the bed! :slight_smile:

Memory foam mattresses are good and comfortable to sleep on as it moulds to your body shape, just imagine your drifting away on a cloud lol. But sometimes it can make you abit too comfortable and you won’t feel like getting up, and when you do you may experience a stiff back… So 50:50

which one is more comfortable then , out the following :

1- memory foam
2- Pocket Sprung
3- Open coil

memory foam but they are very expensive. starting $2500 plus…

I would say the memory form ones we are.
We are currently using one. We used to have pocket spring one before. The memory
form one is far better

and its long lasting as well? I mean it doesnt go flat on you ? my only fear with memory foam is that it goes flat after a while

here they give 10 yrs warranty
