It looks like an easy task to find a baby bag , but heck its hard to find one in the UK :no:
either that, or , I am not looking in the right places .. what kind of a baby bag do you guys use?
its mostly for nappies, a spare set of clothes, feeding bottle maybe etc ..
The ones I saw at a few retailers here were pretty heavy .. I didnt like them .. I am looking for something light weight ..

I got mine from Mexx. It's gorg...looks like an awesome handbag but has loads of pockets and wipeable interior. Love it.

honestly... baby bags are very 80's. anything goes now. as long as its got lots of pockets and is spacey.
my husband uses his backpack. i use a messanger bag. when genie was younger and i had to carry a thermos with me, i bought a bag with a base.. sorta like em sporty ones. did the trick.
dont u dare buy any with choosnis or duckies drawn on em cb!
oooo.. jsut remmebered.... i have this awesome one by junior... tell ure mr to buy you one from pak... he is there right? junior is a brand thats sold in chen one, zubeidas, any baby shop... run woman run.. tell mr! even if its not junior.. they have an awesome variety in pak.

Though this one is way too expensive , but yeah something similar would do .. husband is so confused he thinks every bag is a baby bag 
I told him to buy me 4 rompers and a few bodysuits .. I sent him pictures and still he managed to buy tonns of bodysuits and no rompers coz he thought they all looked the same !!!
Cant expect much from him , he’s a worse shopper then me .. the bags he’s been taking pictures of for me are way too big .. So I think i will wait until I am myself visiting pakland in a few months inshallah and then visit the stores you mentioned …
but until then i wanted to know what you guys have been using as baby bags ..

CB this baby bag is awesome! Check at babies R us they have cute stuff,but not sure if they have typical choosni and duckies type as khawateen mentioned.

yeah i just look for space and pockets, n colour, i dont like those bags with all cartoon n typical kind of bags, i got this one from mothercare reasonable and good (atleast for me)

I use a normal handbag - don't like most of the specifically designed baby bags out there and the nicer ones everyone has. I guess it helps that I don't really need to carry much extra stuff around in my handbag - spare babygro, muslin cloth, pacifier, couple of nappies, packet of wipes and I'm good to go ( baby is breastfed only hence the lack of formula, bottles etc)

skip hop makes great ones and they do ship to the UK, i believe. if not, i am positive there are UK retailers that carry their stuff.
i had the Dash in a striped blue/green/brown/grey print to match our green stroller: Skip Hop : Dash diaper bag
and now i have the Versa in black for the red stroller (i know, i’m a baby stuff whore :p): Skip Hop : Versa diaper bag
i loved both! the Dash took us through the days of bottle feeding and managed to hold a TON of stuff from formula to bottles to bibs, clothes, diapers, change pad, wipes, etc etc. the Versa does the same but thankfully he’s drinking actual milk now so we don’t need to carry the many bottles and formula tin now. its got lots of room and i love that both bags could be worn cross body which is a life saver when carrying a baby and a stroller around!
oh, and don’t forget to buy stroller hooks! they’re SO useful for not only carrying the diaper bag but also your shopping for when the cart is full

Thanks guys .. all these links to bags , they look good to me .. now I must try to find one locally 
SGC , any idea where I might be able to find the stroller hooks? you know the stroller I bought has a closed handle , i wont be able to hang any shopping around the handle area and the basket is really little too … so i will surely be needing those hooks ..

I didnt like the bags at Mothercare and they are such a rip off , price wise too :no:
but i will check Amazon .. the only thing with online shopping is you cant check the quality of the product and once it arrives and you dont like it you can send it back but will have to pay the shipping cost

i initially used a baby bag from Zubaida's, but got bored of the look pretty quickly. I now just use a regular handbag that's quite large.
