I am new to this forum… i need help since i don’t live in pakistan. My sister will be getting married soon and we’ll be doing shopping in Lahore. I’ve read some great posts about buying clothes in Lahore. Can you guys direct me where to buy trendy and nice chooriyan and artificial jewellary from Lahore?
Any place near Liberty?

there is a store in liberty, in the basement. there also a few stores in dupatta gali for chooriyan. just a note though, since it's liberty, the price of chooriyan are overpriced compared to if you go in bano bazaar in anarkali or other places in lahore.
other places you can try for artificial jewellery are stores in pace.

I would suggest Bano Bazar - Anarkali. They have stunning stuff! I was just there last summer. The prices are decent and they have a huge variety of artificial jewelery and churian.

is dupatta gali in liberty?
would baano bazar have nice enough chooriyan to match with the bridal outfit?

yup dupatta gali is basically the back of liberty market.
baano bazaar has a lot more variety and is less expensive than liberty market. it will have variety upon variety as soon as you step into it. you might have to bump into people and haggle a tiny bit and go deeper into it but it's definitely worth it. just in case take someone who is familiar with that place with you to help you find your way.

Lahore has great chooria available unlike in karachi since they have indian choori styles as well..check out liberty...

lahore is so expensive compared to other big cities in pak like faisalabad..i got same stuff for a much lesser price from fsd...
nd fsd has the best cotton suits collection in whole pak

Liberty Market is THE best place to shop for jewellery- be it real or artificial. Definately check out Dubatta Gali- you'll find you can lose yourself for hours in there. Just watch your purse and belongings whilst you're there- I had a considerable amount of money stolen from my bag without realising.
