It is a PUNJABI word. Meaning a common meeting place, usually in the rural villages where people gather after maghrib prayers and dinner, to talk and chat about daily life, issues, any topic under the sun, before going home. They drink tea, enjoy huqqa . In sindhi it is called AutaaQ

So there will be a choopal / AutaaQ in Cafe
everyday - and all are invited to attend
