I used to love them. I barely eat them now if the family makes them. Although we do occasionally make bheja with nihari.
I used to love Payay, but I dont like 'em so much anymore.
We've been making kurdi quite a bit recently, especially when it gets cold. Kurdi, I suppose has a lot of cholestrol in it...
Anyway, yeah, desis need to stay away from that stuff. Our arteries are already genetically thinner than caucasian arteries, as it is. So we really shouldn't be having too much of that stuff.
Increases risks for heart disease.

Sara brain masala is absolutely yummy. For some one who hasent tried it the thought can be overwhelming but it looks like scrambled eggs when made and is spicy and delish!
