What kind of choker/sets will look nice with a pearl or polki saat lara/rani haar?

^LOL. Polki is so unique that I think only a polki choker would look good with a polki Saat lara.
With pearls I feel u can do a lot more. You can have kundun, or a choker with bigger sized stones like tourmalines to match the color of ur outfits.

^ I was just about to say I wanna post up some things I got from tanishq that would go great with satlaras.
I don't like that one especially but if u were to get something like that then get rid of the hanging things on that. Tanishq is pretty good in making things the way u want, adding or getting rid of things on the necklace, changing the design, etc.

I have some jewelry from there and it's really pretty. The above is from their website but I have a similar one.

Yeh I was thinking that too but what else can u really wear with polki? A plain Dull gold choker? I don't like plain gold much. But agree both thingsbeing polki can look a lil OTT unless the choker is very simple?
If u were to wear a colorful choker with a polki satlara I feel that there will be a clash... A very bad one specially if the polki satlara has emeralds or rubies on it.

hmm think polki with polki will be a lot to carry!!! Pearl and polki work nice, but if the saat lara is pearl and the choker is small kundan or polki.......
Personally I would like the polki set alone...so that its beauty stands out.....
and with a pearl saat lara--I would like a choker--something small, but traditional
Also, it depends on how much kaam there is on the shirt and the placement of the kaam...is it on the gala or the daaman???????

^my rukhsati is nowhere near =( i was looking at different brides pics and noone had a polki saat lara.. so i was thinking how it would be and what sort of jewelry would look nice with it.

shayzers, i think a polki sat lara doesn't exist because it would be soooo expensive! a small polki set is so pricey, imagine that many diamonds on a sat lara! it would be such a show piece though, i don't think you should wear anything else with it. it would only take away from its beauty!
same goes if you wear just a polki set with no sat lara. also your shirt would have to have little or no kaam on it- it would get too hectic otherwise.
also maybe its just me but i'm not a fan of too much mixing/matching- the only ones i love are nauratan sets and pearls.
