I said I was would never wear red. Just ordered a red lehnga from my own choice. I love the long kameez trend and I ordered a freaking choli. Wth is wrong with me. I also hate lengas btw, it was ghara or nothing. I wasn’t even in love with the dress or anything. Just randomly decided to completely flip my personal choices. And it’s so blingy and on the verge of tacky. Lol. I’ve gone mad.
Everyone is going to laugh at me because they’ve seen my pinterest. It is not the bridal subdued and traditional dress that I wanted.
^ I would like to know that as well…It’s one thing to completely fall in love with something despite not particularly liking its individual elements, but you seem to legitimately not like your outfit selection…what’s up with that?
I’m not a bridezilla so the exact details never mattered to me and then I realised I wasn’t particularly invested about the majors of the dress either. I’ve seen people legit cry over piping which nobody is going to see and I’m not like that.
This was the only ready to wear I walked into the store and was willing to consider. But I loved the dupatta which was the deciding factor. It’s a very pretty orange. It’s completely Indian style (thankfully without the OTT borders and more subtle work) which is kind of not being done in my family so I thought why not do something different.
