consuming too much can cause nose-bleeding? hain? any truth in it? … this isn’t the first time i am hearing it … and if thats the case why … is it cocoa?

Never heard of nose bleeding from eating chocolate.
maybe coz i have always heard ke zeeada Garm kahne se Nose bleeding hoti hai but Now i am Not sure ke choclate garm hoti hai :o
yeah thats what i have heard too ... kay cocoa garam hoti hai ... and if you consumed chocolate a lot in one go.... then you might have nose bleeding ....

it is true, but not for everyone, only for people have a problem of nose beeding. This nose bleeding occurs when the blood circulation and its temrature gets over heated. For people who have that problem they are advised by the medical staff,doctors and so on not to consume food which increases the temprature of the blood, and its speed. Choclate it one of the products they normally tell these people to stay away from, also amoung this list are products such as cofee, nuts, almods,eggs.e.t.c
This problem is is not fatal and can occur to anyone at anytime if there blood reaches those tempratures, it only occurs if you go to extreme with stuff like choclate other wise ur safe.
It can cause acne, allergies to it, or increase a person's weight but no, never heard of it causing nose bleeds.
