Banana Fudge Sundae…vanilla ice cream, banana slices, drizzeled in hot fudge, whipped cream and a sprinkling of nuts over it all :yummy:

Friiiiied banana with ice cream. Especially the tempura fried banana found in some Chinese/Thai restaurants. I’ve tried making it at home a few time with regular flour, but rice flour is best. I also like fried ice cream…more than a sundae actually.
