Hi…I m not sure if this thread should be here…but I really want to know a good and tested recipe of making chocolate cake at home. I have tried different recipes many times including chef Rahat’s, but never turned out that well.
So help plz. Provide me with recipes of good homemade chocolate cakes that you have tried yourself.

This one is also always a huge hit- its got a bit of cinammon in it but overall is just so rich, velvety and chocolatey, mmm…

rahats stuff is not nice, she just uses a normal dish that the whole world knows how to make, adds/takes away one item, and ta daaaaaaaaaaaa a brand new rahat dish that apparently she invented, and she goes on as if shes the only person in the world that can cook, do not like that woman at all.
i tried her stuff, its either ok or crap, nothing beats the orginal recipes that she steals from.
she makes souffles, which are common in the west, but shes making it for the desi audience in pak, and so thinks they wont know/are thick not to know that this already exists.....ggrrrrrr, ok going off topic.
i tried the sahar recipe, its good. :]

Not all recipes by chef Rahat are bad, but yea for bakery stuff I have experienced that her recipes are not very good.
