Gemini.. i was watching a cooking channel just a few days ago.. and the guy made a yummmyy cheesecake and the crust was made from candy bars.. it just looked yummy.. :)

you can log on to www.foodtv.ca or www.foodtv.com and find endless recipes for chocolate mousse, chocolate pudding, brownies, milk shakes, smoothies, chocolate souffle, chocolate cakes, chocolate cheesecake, choco truffles etc etc etc:hayaa:
now, all this CHOCOLATE TALK is making me craving for my fav. LINDTT dark choc wid hazelnuts :yummy:

fondue is actually a wonderful idea....
all u have to do is melt the chocolate and you dip strawberries in em....then eat it!
OR how bout make chocolate covered strawberries?
i believe all u do for that is melt it...then dip it then put it in the fridge for a few hrs.
google it...im sure you'll get ideas.

oh that's an idea now. I know this grl who made those strawberries covered with chocolate and whip cream for class and it was just yumilicious. I am gonna call her and get the recipe. Thanks a lot!
hehe now I have more ideas than chocolate so anyone who was asking me to mail it to them can just sit and relax, it's all taken care of. :p

Errr Gia, you dont need a recipe for choc dipped strawberries. All you gotta do is melt the chocolate and dip the fruit in.

If i remember correctly from foodnetwork then you melt it with some butter (probably 1-2tsp for i cup chocolate) over a hot water bath. You have to keep stiring till it gets into a smooth paste.
