I would like to know if Chipotle sauce is easily available at local grocery stores? I tried looking for it, but couldn’t find it.

PyariRani, it's a type of Jalapeno peper sauce.

Look in the dressing,oils area. I know i have seen it in grocery stores, but can't remember which aisle it was.

It is available in alot of Americna grocery stores. try mexican aisle in grocery store, it should be there.

I make my own Chiplote Sauce at home at times whenever i feel like it , i twisted this sauce to my own taste and with mixture of things which are mostly availabl ein IN DESI home.. so try it if u like..
1 cup hot water, 2 or 3 chiplote chiles, half tblspoon butta., very tiny winy oinion chopped, 1 cup roasted tomotoes if u dont have it no worries bout it, jus throw tomato paste,i use chicken broth in it honestly hate beef broth, just throw one kkukri in a DONGA and let it boil for a while till u get one cup of broth, bit of vinegar, 1 tblspoon sugaaa,
take a bowl and soak them chiles in the hotwater for a while hmmm 5 mins they get softy easily then KHUSHK them , then chop the chiles(ofcourse throw the water), in a pan melt the butter, make them onions burn! no just cook till they are brown, add the chiles, tomatoe or tomato sauce, broth, and all the reamining stuff and cook for 10 mins. then at the end throw the whole thing in blender .. grrr grrr them BLEND them and then throw it in the bowl and throw it in fridge for a while . voila..simple as that ..trust me it doesnt take more than 50 mins to make everything and get it ready . its great sauce to have it at times.

The main “RULED” recipe is made with Beef broth not chicken broth. but as I mentioned earlier I suited this to my own taste so I personally use Chicken broth and btw broth is one main part of this recipe.. be it Beef or broth so u can "BEND
" the rules if you like.
