Chinese/Vietnamese dresses

Re: Chinese/Vietnamese dresses

Im suprised that it would be someone here who is interested in Vietnamese dress. I am a vietnamese who is married to a pakistani

** Vietnamese dress looks somewhat shalwar kameez but in some modified version. It has 2 slits but the slits r frequently longer (now long-to-toe style is in) and the dress is fitter to the body than shalwar kameez.**

About chinese dress i have no idea about it, do you guys mean quipao or something?.. I don’t like it at all. The way it is too deep cut to one side of thigh gives kind of sexy but very charmless look to me.

Back to Viet Dress. If you want to have a really nice Vietnamese dress then first of all you must find out one good tailor who is experienced in this. The dress should fit you perfectly and give you good shape of curves.

I wish someday vietnamese designers will adopt Pakistani/Indian handmade work style on viet dress. it would make a very good combination.

Here are some viet dress designs
