Does anyone know a good tried recipt of chinese style garlic chicken. I have been craving for it form very very long time. Please HELP!

But most of those traditional Chinese garlic chicken recipes either go with dry sherry or white wine .. I don’t think you will be looking for that …

I did it once without rice vinegar or wine… didn’t turn out well ….

I know a resturant, owners are muslim, they make garlic chicken, and it is very tasty. I am sure they don't put wine in it.

dear that is very quick and easy....saute some crushed garlic cloves in oil..then add fried chicken,stock,soya sauce,vinegar,ajino,black pep,white pep....thicken with cornflour and its ready...

for chick: use chicken breast cut in elongated shape..marinate with salt,pepper and soem cornflour..and deep fry...
