There are at least 18 indian entities near Pakistani border in Afghanistan (disguised as consulates, economic missions etc etc.).
Get out of denial mode indians ... if you want to be taken seriously.
Back to the railway station, if it looks illegal to you, who is stopping you to go to the international court etc, ;)
