The Chinese Air Chief Gen Qaio Qingchen was on a visit to Pakistan. He visited the PAF Base Minhas and the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra.

Pakistan expressed its respect to the Chief as Gen Musharraf bestwoed on him the Nishan-i-Imtiaz (M). Chinese help has always been of great significance for Pakistan. The JF-17 which are just about to be inducted in a few months are the brightes example.

We can use the same about your PM as well, Haven't he gone all out to go into good books of USA in nuclear deal, even getting rid of natwar laal whom he labelled as being from old school of thought.
Haven't your airforce or army ever decorated any Israeli or other army or airforce chief who helps you considerably in technological matters.
