Anyway, the comparison between the both countries during all the wars was for one Pakistani soldier Indians had 6 soldiers, and same was the ratio with the other armours and material... All of those who are salivating at the thought of China destroying India have forgotten 2009 is not 1962. India is now a nuclear state. China can very well attack India but 1 million Chinese soldiers cannot stop India from annhilating Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Shenzhen. China can now attack India but only by accepting an unacceptibly (even for them) price in casualties. It is exactly the same equation as between Pakistan and India. Plus do not forget Putin will not allow China to have that large a sphere of influence if China destroys India. Pak Guppies, your daydreams are not going to be fulfilled.

Which century do you live in? Today you do not need soldiers to fight your wars. Just send in a squadran of planes armed with nuclear weapons and you can destroy pretty much any city in China. As I said it is the same equation between Pakistan and India. In fact Musharraf had threatened Bombay with a nuclear attack if India attacked pakistan. The same logic applies to China. With their current missile weaponry India can easily target major Chinese cities. Of course there would be a price to be paid, but the price is for both countries not just India. Therefore China will never attack India as India will never attack Pakistan.

“Well, our government allowed it. It has no shame,” he said, adding that the government should have advised its envoy to wait till the next day. “Elsewhere that’s what would have happened.”
Rao was summoned past midnight to register concern over breach of security at Chinese Embassy here.
“India has sold out to China,” he alleged. Asked whether India was being “bullied” by China, Fernandes replied “absolutely, and it accepts it.”
Perhaps you have forgotten that China was in a civil war since the 1920’s and then fought a war with Japan from 1933-1945 and its civil war ended in 1949.
As for India…it fought in World War I and it 2.5 million Indian troops fought in World War II…
Almost all of the Indian Generals and Commanders in the 1960’s were veterans of World War II and India-Pakistan War of 1948.
China only became whole in 1949 where as India became independent in 1947.
China was devastated by 30 years of war and India emerged unscathed from World War II.
So there goes that excuse.
1948 - India didnt win this war. Pakistan wanted Kashmir and took more than 1/3 of it. India had a larger army, most of the ammo was located in India.
1965 - India was defeated in 1965. Its aim was to destroy Pakistan and it failed miserably. Pakistan held its own and world admired Pakistan’s tenacity. It was the second consecutive defeat that Indians suffered in the 1960’s, the first being their annihilation by the Chinese in 1962.
1971 - Pakistan’s army was half way from its supply lies, hostile local population, so result was inevitable. Similar situations have befallen for example, the Germans at Stalingrad in 1942, Americans at Bataan 1942, British at Tobruk 1942, British at Singapore 1942, French at Dien Bien Phu 1953, etc…
1999 - Indians were caught by surprise, and 30,000 men couldnt dislodge the fighters from the mountains. It was only when India asked USA to intervene that Pakistan pulled back. Similar situation occured in 1973, when Israel surrounded the Egyptian 3rd Army and Kissinger implored Israel not to destroy it that Israel pulled back.
So lets see India’s glorious War Record
1948 - Defeated by Pakistan
1962 - Annhiliated by China
1965 - Defeated by Pakistan
1971 - Stab in the back Victory. Much like the Italians who declared war on France in June 1940 when it was on the verge of defeat.
1988 - Defeated by LTTE.
1989 - Present: - Getting Ass kicked in Kashmir
1999 - Defeated in Kargil. Had to beg before being completely annhiliated.
2002 - 800 Men killed while being deployed in border with Pakistan. USA has not lost that many in 10 years of fighting in Afghanistan. loooooolz 
2008 - Indian Special Forces proven to be a sham when 10 rag tag fighters hold the entire city of Bombay hostage for 3 days.
