1st of all i’m uploading the pics of “china furniture” which is available in the markets in karachi as far as i know, i don’t know about other cities. I just want to know about its reliability, has anyone used it by far?? i love it and want this as my jahaiz furniture.
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
Oh, one more thing. The shopkeeper demanded 1 lac for 4 things which are: Bed with side boxes, 5 door cupboard, a dressing and a divider. is it reasonable? or should we search for the market before booking it at this cost? I would appreciate any kind of suggestions and help, as we all have a concept that things "made-in-china" are not reliable and repairable.
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
If you are in Khi, go to a furniture heaven called Nursery and compare prices and sets.
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
i got this style furniture from Habitt khi ..the furniture available there r local made not the chinese ones ...i had worst experience with them ...the bed with side tables ,dressing table ,two door cupboard and divider cost me around 1 lac 40 thousand they didnt gave any discount and the material they used is not at all durable the glass slab of the divider broke within a week that caused damaged to my crockery :S so dont go for brands go to nursery furniture market or the furniture market that is near iqra uni they r less costly n more durable
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
1 lac for 5 pieces is economical. Durability is the point ofcourse.
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
ya rightttttttt
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
Browse the furniture market at nursery first before buying anything. I bought mine for Rs. 70,000 and everything is still fine.
Re: China furniture for "jahez"??
YEAAAAAAAA!!! I went to the nursery furniture showrooms today and i bought one teek wood furniture [that's what he called it] its sooooooooooooooooooooo beautiful, lifetime guaranteed. 1 bed with side tables, 1 3 door cupboard and 1 beautiful dressing table. It's simple yet stylish. Shopkeeper demanded 1 lac 25,000 for it and after bargaining it costs us 1 lac 5,000 rs. Alhamdulillah i'm more than happier now. durable and affordable yet trendy ; ) but anyways, this forum has always been a support and the members are genuine they give the best advices ever. THANKYOU TO THE WHOLE GUPSHUP FORUM - I LOVE YOU ALL. :)

The actual one is on Ayesha Manzil. My brother in law built and owned it and have moved to Ayesha Manzil called New Furniture Palace. They have their own factory.
