I think its 'Shanghai'. Isn't there a guppie in Hong Kong?
I have been to Xinjiang or Sinkiang..nice place to visit.

Yup, Its Shanghai.. you are absolutely right. We pronounce it as Shinghai in Urdu, hence Shinghai in my post....
They are making the worlds tallest building in Kantong.
Kantong is the old name of Shangia if u don't know.

SKYS, actually, now i have got the entire information pack together with the study pack. I wanted to ask about the weather basically. I knew it would be cold but one of my profs said that the weather would be mild,very much like Karachi's which isn't the case..
I gave my jackets, warm boots and couple of pants to my flatmate before rushing back to Karachi... I realized I had to buy stuff again and oh well... no worries :)
