The world may be growing more ‘wired’ all the time. China, for one, now has 210 million internet users, just shy of the 215 million in the United States and India is also catching up of Internet users.

Although the number of internet users in China has risen above 100 million But the Chinese authorities are less in love with the net.
The government regularly tries to block access to material it considers politically subversive...
Therefore , I dont think in such condition , the world will see the real chinese point of view ...
P.s: just read some where .. China had 210 million Internet users by the end of 2007 . Thatz hefty...

Only 2.12 percent people use Internet in Pakistan

KARACHI: Pakistan has only 2.12 percent of Internet users, leaving a vast majority of population without any knowledge of the world wide web.
According to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Pakistan with a population of 164,741,924 have only 3.5 million Internet users. The figures show the performance of the IT ministry’s efficiency in the last couple of years.
