Does anyone have a good recipe for it? I had it once in Jackson heights but never found it again :frowning: I’m really craving some and want to try to make it myself…

Chilli chicken? chinese style? Indian style or Indian/Paki style???????????everyone has a different recipe. Yummy......yummy.........

have you tried and tested this recipe? I tried making it but it didn’t come out the way it usually is at the desi restaurants. :frowning: I think i might have put too much corn starch. Do you dry fry the marinated chicken and then add it to the gravy? I messed up :bummer::bummer:

^^ Mallika...I havn't tried it yet...I mostly like chicken salan...bhunai wala...

PS: Most recipes don't fit an individual's taste...desire etc...we only can modify them... :)

PS1: Some good restaurants or individual cooks have underlying trick to get to a general taste...I think they get it after lots of experiments and adjustment...
