I was actually going to open a thread to educate people on this forum on how custody actually works in the legal world, but then I couldn’t be bothered.

Unfortunately, with certain people, I don’t think it will make a difference. They will justify their views using culture/religion regardless of being told what the reality is in the legal world.

The issues comes in when one parent takes away the rights of the other parent.
