Why is the Indian Home Minister traveling all the way to Washington to present a 'dossiers' showing involvement of Pakistani elements? Would it not be cheaper to fly directly to Islamabad and hand over the proof to Pakistani government, or cheaper to take a dinghy from Mumbai to Karachi at a time which requires economic prudence and cost cutting?
Isnt it pretty clear that the Indian government does not trust Islamabad ? They would like the US to be involved and privy to all the evidence that they have against terrorist elements based out of Pak. Pakistan has the habit of denying all allegations made by India. Hopefully, with the proof now being routed through USA things would be different this time.
