My mother did this experiment last year, I've replicated it, really good.
Take chicken legs, cut an opening in them so that you can put some stuff beneath the meat without completely removing it. Stuff with cut up green pepper, harra dhania, onion, scallions, ginger, garlic, spices. Marinate the whole thing with a bit of olive oil, ginger, garlic, spices. Then bake (I can't remember how long, but at 350 until it seems pretty evenly cooked), then broil for 5 minutes until a bit golden brown. Serve with rice. It's delicious.
