In my family everyone prefers gosht Bryant except my mom.. She like chicken :s

My aunt makes THE BEST gosht biryani in this world! I've tried so many people's biryani but no one even comes close!

I would go for hyderabadi Gosht biryani ANY day over chicken. It’s actually my favourite dish out of everything!

assuming that you probably eat only one or 2 pieces of chicken, you are already killing a big animal in caparison to your intake.

How about Choohaa biryani ?

I prefer goat yakhni pulao over biryani but if I had to choose…it’d be goat biryani. I like chicken too though but like TLK said…it has to be fresh to enjoy it.

I can only eat chicken biryani the day it's cooked. Doesn't taste fresh after that.

Gosht biryani however, doesn't seem to loose it's taste the next day :)

That is true that is why you need to eat chicken biryani fresh , if you cannot finish it then freeze it instead of putting it in the fridge section , better yet share the joy with your neighbors.

Chicken Biryani because it is affordable and I can make it often. Goat Biryani costs a small fortune. baby goat is about $7 a pound....

The best part of goat biryani is it taste better the next day...can't say the same for chicken biryani.

I think gosht biryani has more flavor, but the chicken in chicken biryani tastes better to me. =/
