Years ago I worked in Saudi Arabia and had opportunity to eat some wonderful Chicken Teka at a local Pakistani restuarant. It had been cooked outside on a grill with wood fuel, marinated in yogurt, was very spicy, and tasted wonderful. I do not like Indian Chicken Tandoori but loved this. I would like to cook this at home but do not know the receipe. I have seen a few receipes but it does not taste the same. I do not want to buy a pre-mixed packet. Can I buy the spices in America and what is there name? Cayanne pepper or another? Your Recipe and your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Peter
