Mint&garlic also goes down well. Mix mint sauce with some melted butter and garlic powder, pour it over whole or stripped chicken breasts along with black pepper and red chilli.
then take a pan , put 1-2 tbsp oil and put the chicken in it and cover it and keep it on low flame . keep on changing sides of chicken strips after ever 15 mins or so. It should be completely done in an hour.
if you want to have a crispy coating on it then beat 1 or 2 eggs , dip the chicken strips (after letting them cool) and coat them in powdered rusk (powdered rusk works way better than bread crumbs). Shallow fry them , as the chicken is already done you just need to make the coating brown and take it out.
once you take the strips put from frying pan , put them in a strainer or anything that has holes to let air touch it , this will keep the chicken strips crispy & will drain the excess oil also.

2/3 cup bisquick mix. i use home made ( adding the recipe in the end)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder/ if u want it spicy substitute it with red chilli powder
3 boneless chicken breasts halves cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 egg beaten

6 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup vegetable shortening
-sift flour and baking powder 2 to 3 times ina bowl, blend in the shortening with a blender until mixture forms into crumbs. you can store this mixture into an air tight container & refrigerate. use whenever required.)
for baking 3 tablespoon melted margarine
mix all the ingredients except chicken and egg and put in an air tight plastic bag with zipper. take chicken pieces dip in egg and put in the bag close the zipper and shake to coat. repeat the process with all the chicken strips.
heat oven to 450 degrees F. line with baking sheet. place chicken drizzle the butter. bake 12-15 minutes turning sides. ur done !!
