I like chicken steak,but i have no recipe if anyone have a recipe of chicken steak.plz send.thanks.

i make chicken steaks as follows,and use whole chicken breast pieces....and i make it on the stove not on the grill and also i make it with gravy....

MARINDE....
marinate the chicken pieces(2 chicken breasts) for a few hours in the following....
salt....half tsp
sugar....half tsp
MSG...half tsp(skip it if u do not use it)
freshly ground black pepper....half tsp
olive oil...1 or 2 tsp
vinegar...1 tablespoon
soysauce...1 tablespoon
freshly crushed garlic...1 teaspoon
freshly grated ginger root....1 teaspoon...

let the meat sit in the marinade.
then heat a skillet with a few drops of olive oil and place the chicken in it and let it cook well on both sides...when done....add a cup of water and some freshly cut ginger (cut it in thin strips to add extra flavor) and add some corn starch...let it simmer for some while till the gravy thickens...serve..!!

i like to have it with steamed vegetables and white rice....
