redvelvet - I make it as a gravy as well. But I have seen some folks put the chicken and vegetables on skewers and then they saute and bake it.
The taste is completely different. The ones of the skewers taste a bit BBQey
I've heard of the skewer version but I prefer the gravy version :) I love curry and gravy with meat.
