i use the same recipe as for beef, but just chicken keema instead. i boiled channa dal separate.
then cooked keema with the coriander powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli. then added the daal in it and cooked for few mins. then put it all in the food processor along with fresh coriander, green mirch, chopped up onion.
mine was okay but i think i added way too much daal. next time i will stick the to ratio as the above poster has recommended.
