Last weekend I went for desi grocery shopping. Saw this ready to eat meal by Shahnawaz. Seemed like a good idea.
Biryani and chicken seikh kabab combo is something new , it was good not amazing. It gave me an idea for some new dish.
My wife makes kofta biryani/kofta polao where she uses kofta instead of meat for biryani or polao which turns out to be good.
I will ask my wife to make her famous biryani without meat. I will make some chicken and some beef siekh kababs and will try to make it at home.
If someone has made this dish before please share your recipe.
Sounds interesting.So you just put the cooked kababs on the ready biryani...??
Maybe something like this can be done too where you make the karahi kabab salan thingy and use that to put layers between the rice.

More or less the rice is meant to have very light biryani aroma to it so much lesser spices are used .. and seekh kabab grilled nicely to go with the rice .. its a traditional Arab dish as well …
