erm...shredd boiled chicken...a bit of mayo and a bit of cream....sliced or chopped lettuce...salt pepper....on the bread and eat...:D

I make a very basic chicken sandwich and here's the recipe.

Boil some chicken, shred it or grind it. Mix it in a bit of mayo..add salt and black pepper. Spread generously on the bread, enjoy!

i add celery or red onions or red/green capsicum or artichoke hearts(CANNED) to add a kick a dash of paprika would be nice too.

heres my recipie
boiled chicken +boil egg +green onion diced finely+some shredded cheese+mayonise+mustratd paste+salt+black pepper
all YOU can adjust according to ur taste mix and apply on bread and u get a yummy sandwich
another one is
take chicken breast slice finly marinate with 1 tea spoon soya souce+brown sugar+paprika+salt
then strir fry untill cooked
when get cool down
first apply cream chesse then chopped spinch and put the amount u like then put the chicken u made .Your sand wich is done .
tried recipies always get compliments.

1lb of boneless breast chicken diced very small
marinate with nando's peri peri marinade for 30mins - 3 hrs
fry in a lil oil with some garlic

add to baguettes and sarnies yummmm

marinate some chicken breast, cook/steam it on stove top. Shread or slice it, add salad mayo or whatever you like and enjoy your sandwich.

a simple marinate will be salt pepper and lemon juice, if you want you can add little yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and if you like spicy add some red mirch. Cook on medium low heat and make sure you dont let your chicken get dry by over cooking it.

It is a pre-made marinade, I think.
