ummm how is the chicken? is it chicken salad/chicken spread, is it a chicken cutlet, etc?
waise toh you can use prettymuch any bread for anything…but usually chicken salad/chicken spread = sliced bread, andc hicken cutlet on a burger bun/roll…

I use Pepperidge Farm thin white bread if its for a party and I want to make them look nice.
I also knife off the edges and slice them in rectangles.

Sara, the one i m making is chicken strips baked in oven. i m going to add lettuce, mayo etc, so no bun for this recipe. I want to know the long bread. there are so many choices. thanks

it’s a long skinny soft inside with hard crust…it tastes good with Camembert cheese…i LOVE it!

^I like focacia and ciabatta and sourdough. They’ve got good texture, especially when they’re toasted a bit. At California Pizza Kitchen…they have this chicken Waldorf sandwich that they make with a garlic focacia bread…soooo good.
