Be more specific, zayma. Because a roll can be different things. It can be spring roll. Or a sandwich roll. Or like pastry roll stuffed with chicken. Or like cutlet/kabab type even. If you google images, you'll find different varieties.
You can shred cooked chicken and fry it with finely chopped onions and season it with lots of cracked pepper. Then place this filling on one half of an entire Pepperidge Farm pastry sheet. Brush the sides with beaten egg. And fold over the other half and press down the sides. It should look like one big rectangle. Fork the edges. Brush egg yolk on the top. Sprinkle with zeera and bake according to instructions. You'll get a puff pastry chicken roll.
You can even combine shredded chicken with mashed boiled potatoes. Season according to your tastes (salt, chilli powder, garam masala, etc). And shape into oval rolls. Coat in bread crumbs and shallow fry.
