I would marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, Red chili, crushed zeera, nutmeg-mace-black cardamom powder, green cardamom, yogurt, fried and crushed onions, garam masala powder for 2-3 hours. Then i heat oil, put it in and cook on low flame till chicken is done. Turns out perfect. Let me know if you need quantities:yawn:

You grind together equal quantities of jaifel, javitri, and black cardamom seeds. A small amount is used in qourma for aroma.
