Since days I am wanting to do a chicken pie , have thought of how I want to layer it , but need fine tuning ideas on how to make it spicy enough .. Please advise.
First layer, Shredded chicken ( I am not sure if I should only use herbs to marinate and bake it , or , I should use the tomato sauce and onion and fry the chicken in it and then shred it .. what say? )
Second layer, Sauce , Alfredo sauce may be?
Third layer, mashed potatoes with a hint of garlic ?
Fourth layer , cheese and herbs
Last time I made this using alfredo sauce , it came out bland
fry one chopped onion along with zeera and chopped green chillis, add shredded chicken and garam masala. That’ll give the spice. Then add a white sauce, followed by boiled pasta, a layer of sliced potatoes and grated cheese on top.
I make this exact same recipe but with white fish - although it sounds desi-fied it actually tastes really yummy
