i LOVE pulao. i rather have pulao than biryani

you gotta have your yakhni or broth. basically what you do is you slightly fry the chicken in a little bit of oil, so it turns golden brown all over. then you pour in enough water to not only to cook the chicken, but also to have enough broth for the rice to cook in.

meanwhile, finely chop up onion, and fry it until it’s brown. then add in salt, some cinammon sticks, some cloves, some zeera and black pepper. kari patta in my opinion is optional, since i don’t like it in chicken pulao. fry it up a little bit, then add your broth. let it soak up all the color of the onions. then add your rice, and chicken. cook as normal

this is similar to the way i make it…but mine doesnt have much flavor
what am i doing wrong!!

how much water should I add for one whole chicken? oh and you dont add anything to the water while making the broth?

and u dont have a death by chocolate recipe?
