Anyone have a good “tried and tested” recipe for making chicken puff patties for ramadan ? Also, how about yummy keema ones ? Recipe ?

Please post. I have got the pastry…just need to give it a try soon.

Hi :

Check out my other posted recipe for kababs I use the same recipe to make chicken pattties as well. ITS TRIED and TESTEd and trust me its TASTED as well as inyummy yummy way;) well just switch the “KEEMA” with “BOILED AND BLENDED CHICKEN” .simple as that. and leave all the ingredients the way they are and u will love it. with chicken patties bread crumbs add extra taste and look to it.

Okay I have question, how an I make the patties at home? I mean the crusty stuff. I know I can buy it from some grocery store, but I wanna do the whole thing at home.

Buy the patties strips from a desi store. You can find them in the freezer section. Most halal meat stores carry them also.
