Does any1 have a tried and tested recipe for chicken pakoray. I would like to make them for iftaari. Also, do you need to cook chicken first? Please help!

no i meant to say if she use chicken without cooking a bit it wont be cooked properly in pakoras

Thanks guys. So basically, i have to make the same batter as you use for ordinary pakoray, but boil chicken first ( does the chicken not have to be marinated with anything first?)

I make in the other way...
Take boneless chiken(boil nahe kerna)
mainate it for 1-1/2 hrs with lemon juice,viniger,salt and thora sa chaat masala,,
Add namak and red mirch in some beson aur paani dal ker paste bana lain aur chiken ko us mai dip ker kay halki aanch per fry ker lain..
