please post easiest and yummiest recipe lol...
And for Egg fried rice, the exact quantity of everthing... And the way how u make it..

I find this recipe pretty simple to make...

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Thighs (chopped)

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 small Onion (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Corn Flour

1/4 cup Flour

8 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)

8 Green Chillies (finely chopped)

4 tsp Oil

Salt to taste
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup (optional)

Preparation:
Smear salt and marinate chicken for an hour.

Make a batter of flour and cornflour in a bowl. Soak the chicken pieces into it.

Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion and green chillies and fry till brown and crispy.

Now add chilli powder, salt to taste, deep-fried chicken pieces, tomato ketchup and Soy sauce.

Cook at high flame (may be for 7-8 minutes) till the chicken turns soft and absorbs ketchup and Soy sauce.

Add water while stirring, if necessary.

Now it's ready to be served. I usually add some red and yellow peppers in there, and some coriander at the end.

For egg fried rice:

Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Small bunch of spring onions, chopped
100g frozen peas
500g Thai or Jasmine rice
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil

Preparation
Make rice as per packet instructions. Drain and set to the side.

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot, then add the spring onions and stir-fry over a high heat for 1 minute.

Add the peas, cook for a further minute, then add the rice and toss well.

Make a well in the centre of the rice and pour in the eggs. When the bottom starts to set, scramble the eggs, then stir through the rice. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and season to taste.

chicken manchurian is the red gravy chicken rite....? or am i confusing it with the other dish...

I love the chinese food at Silver spoon in Sialkot....tho its desi style chinese, like it is in Pak.

**Chinese Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients:**

  • 2 tbsps cooking oil .
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper .
  • 1 lb chicken meat, cut into 1inch square pieces .
  • 2 tbsps crushed green chili peppers .
  • 1/4 tsp sugar .
  • 2 tbsps crushed garlic .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps cornflour .
  • 1 c chicken stock .
  • 1 beaten egg .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 2 tbsps crushed ginger .
  • ground black pepper .
  • 2 tbsps cornflour, dissolved in .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1/4 tsp ajinomoto .
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce .
  • 2 tbsps sliced cilantro .
  • salt .
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Procedure:

  • Step #1 Mix Corn flour, flour, salt & pepper with the beaten egg to make the batter.
  • Step #2 Dip the chicken pieces in the batter, deep fry till golden brown.
  • Step #3 Keep aside.
  • Step #4 For the Manchurian sauce, heat oil in a pan.
  • Step #5 Lightly Fry garlic & ginger till they just change color.
  • Step #6 Add green chilies & cilantro leaves.
  • Step #7 Fry for a min.
  • Step #8 Reduce heat, add chicken stock, sugar, salt, Soya sauce, pepper & ajinomoto.
  • Step #9 Cook for 5 mins.
  • Step 10 Add corn flour mixed with water & give one boil.
  • Step #11 Add fried chicken & cook for 1-2 mins.
  • Step 12 Serve hot.
