Anybody have a good recipe (not the usual recipe you use for koftay made with ground beef) where the ground chicken keema ke koftay taste just as flavorful as the ones made with regular keema ? I find whenever I make it with chicken, it is so hard to make it as flavorful and also not too dry. Any helpful recipes would be appreciated.

flavorful = not bland, right amount of mirchay. anyone have a recipe?
