Hey peoples, whilst in pakistan at two separate dawats I had what the hostesses called ‘chicken handi’ it was creamy and tomatoy for sure but it ALSO had curry patta in it! Not mehti leaves (fenugreek)
It tasted lovely and different.
Has anyone tried this? Maybe its a hyderabadi type fusion dish and does anyone have a recipe?

ahan ok i never tried them once i used them in kari they just spoilt my handi never used them again

So you make Kari without Kari Patta? interesting...how did the Kari Patta ruin your pot?

I like kari pata, I add a few to daal...next time I'll add it to chicken/meat dishes as well.
