I am coming to Pakistan at the end of the month and I was wondering if there is still chicken flu.
I had heard that chickens had stopped being sold and were being killed because of the disease, is this still enforced or is it now safe to eat chicken?
As far as I know the sale of chicken had been reduced for security reasons, but there were only very few cases of bird flu in Pakistan. The main countries affected were in South-East Asia (Thailand, etc.). By now it should be very much under control though.
