hmmm.... make a good homemade broth and for extra flavoring add some chicken cubes...

don't use can corn... use the frozen corn.

shallow fry some thin chicken strips seperatly with salt,pepper and soy sauce and put on top of each bowl. :yummy:

Definitely add stock cubes. Use a can of creamed corn AND some frozen sweetcorn 2, u get a good texture then.

And make some of those little pickled chilli things to go with it, chopped green chilli with hot vinegar poured over it, mmmm!

as others said don’t use creamed corn…it makes the soup too sweet.
I made some the other day,although it was not chicken corn but I added some thin strips of chicken to the soup in the end.I had marinated them in some olive oil,chilli sauce,soy sauce and salt and just cooked in a frying pan.It really tasted good in the soup as compared to the boiled chicken I usually add in soup.
And you can always make the chillies and vinegar on the side…I love that loads in my soup…:yumm:
