i think haldi is added to give colour and bit flavour of it.
nopes ajinomoto is not added in it.
Oyster sauce is used to enhance the flavour of many savory foods. It is also often used as a topping for steamed vegetables, and in stir-fries.
and the recipe i posted here is as it was shown on tv, and cgef zakir is quite famous due to his suthentic recipes. i just wanted to share it with the guys who either missed tht recipe or cannot watch prog due to any reason.
