take about 500gm boneless chicken and cut them into bite size pieces
chop 2 medium sized onions and fry till golden brown
add chicken along with 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
add chilli powder & turmeric powder , cumin seeds whole , a few green cardamoms and black peppercorns and 3-4 pieces of clove, mace & a lil nutmeg powder
add 3 tbsp of yoghurt
add 2 medium tomatoes chopped
bring to boil n allow it to reduce to a thick curry
boil 2 cups of rice n strain
make layerings of rice n chicken curry in succession in a large pot and cover n cook on low heat for about 10-12 min.
Serve HOT !
