hi devilish,

I sometimes make it ... but to be honest , i cant find all the spices here to get the proper achari taste so I usually use either fresh achar ka masala or shan achari gosht ...

The process is simple, fry onions until browned, add garlic , then ginger ... and finally the chicken pieces .. bhoono them really well .. when done, add the spices as follows : salt, red chilli powder, haldi, corriander powder, black kalonji seeds, three tblspoons of achari gosht masala ... and then add tomato's ... if you want it to have thick masala , add two tblespoons yoghurt in it too ...

Finally the green chillies and fresh corriander and you are done ...
