I sometimes make it … but to be honest , i cant find all the spices here to get the proper achari taste so I usually use either fresh achar ka masala or shan achari gosht …
The process is simple, fry onions until browned, add garlic , then ginger … and finally the chicken pieces .. bhoono them really well .. when done, add the spices as follows : salt, red chilli powder, haldi, corriander powder, black kalonji seeds, three tblspoons of achari gosht masala … and then add tomato’s … if you want it to have thick masala , add two tblespoons yoghurt in it too …
Finally the green chillies and fresh corriander and you are done …
