Hey all! I am going to my cousins wedding which takes place in Chicago on July 4th weekend. I will be there a week early and needed some help for those who know the Chicago area. I have no new nice clothes for the wedding. The last dress I bought is 5 years old and I have worn it so much that its very recognizable! I was wondering if you could suggest nice desi clothing shops on Devon Ave? I want Pakistani style clothing, not Indian. Whatever has good service and prices along with good quality latest clothing. I have never been to Chicago and am excited to go!! I was told by my cousins mom that Devon Ave. will be close to where our hotel is so I should go there but she could not recommend any stores for me as she is not from Chicago. The dulhan’s family is from there but they moved there a year ago from elsewhere and I don’t know them enough to ask them. Thanks for the help friends!

By the by I am just looking for a main dress for the shaadi as I am wearing my older dresses for the other events. I wish I could buy new clothes for all events but money doesn't grow on trees..

There are many , many , many stores on Devon selling desi clothes in all sizes , colors , prices , you can spend days exploring all of those desi dress/clothing stores.

Yes, I was told there are rows and rows of desi shops. But I wanted to cut down the search of going fro9m shop to shop by only going to Pakistani clothing stores as they ahve better designs in my opinion and also wanted to cut down by avoiding the non quality or too expensive one but thanks.
