HDF…is dat the organization in which plants are used to speaks for children. i mean in the advertisment.
k organization is kool but their this ad will be kooler if dat man (who says HELPINGGG HEAND ONLINE DOT O.R.G) dont use his fake accent.

HDF is Human Development Foundation… as spelled out in the previous post.

Helping Hands is a different organization.

PS: they are also not edhi foundation, and have nothign to do with wills navy cut.
